To boost the immunity of kids and make them strong, whip up an easy jam recipe made with three natural ingredients, which is also delicious

Ingredients required

Three important ingredients required for this jam are 250 gms of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons honey, and juice of one lemon and its zest

Step 1

Wash, peel, and grate ginger and keep it aside. Meanwhile, take a fresh, juicy lemon and scrape out its zest. Juice it and keep it aside as well

Step 2

Blend the grated ginger to make a paste. Take a pan and cook it on low flame until it turns translucent. Thereafter, turn off the flame and let it cool down

Once cooled, add the lemon juice, honey, and zest and mix properly
